  1. I guess this is why evidence, data, statistics, etc from credible sources is so important. At least then, you can compare your own individual feelings (e.g. I FEEL LIKE marriage is a great idea, etc) against what is actually going on in reality (e.g. there's a 40% chance of divorce in the USA, or 50% chance of divorce in the UK, etc).
