People, including myself, need to learn to relax, forgive, let go, and move on. 5 stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Letting go of the hate is great for your body and getting rid of stress hormones. You only get one body and mind, take care of them. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
