  1. If there is income inequality women can take the employer to an employment tribunal. The reason women don't do this is because the reason some women earn less is because they work part-time or have chosen a lower paid career such as receptionist, admin, cleaning, caring, etc.

  2. Obviously women do sacrifice, just like men sacrifice, but as she said, this is a choice women and men make. You can't have your cake and eat it.
