  1. Neil, you must not believe the right-wing hype that comes from US media, especially Fox News. Energy production is not being limited in the US. We are producing lots, and will produce more. The fact that our energy prices have come down reflects that. Republicans, though, like to always accuse the Democrats of shutting down the energy industry. Those are exaggerations and even outright lies. The Democrats do support environmental legislation to prevent ground water pollution and air pollution, that is true. Our regulations are not much different than what Europe does, and probably less.

  2. Good analysis. It does not seem anyone would have a good reason for blowing the pipeline. Seems that the most logical conclusion comes the fiction of James Bond novels. A super secret organization, like SPECTRE, blows the pipeline to get all the nations suspecting and fighting each other. Crazy, I know. But, it makes more sense than Russia, US, or any other country blowing it up.
