  4. Smart, highly accurate, artillery is VERY important. Obsolete unguided artillery is useless.

  5. The allies had so many great planes in WW2. Germany and Japan industry could not respond. The planes they started the war with, are primarily the ones they ended with. The allies had P-38, P-47, P-51, Hellcat, Mosquito, and Spitfire. The US had some great other planes - DC-3 Dakota and Catalina were great. Not to mention the plethora of bomber designs we had. Truly amazing.
