  1. NO NO NO. It LOOKS like an F-22. BUT --- with no internal weapons bays, it can never be stealthy. Hence, it is NOT a 5 gen plane.

  2. Since the KFX is NOT stealthy, it is a 4.5 gen, not a 5.0 gen aircraft. No weapons bays, means no stealth. So, no 5 gen designation. Looking like the F-22, doesn't cut it.

  7. @Ahmad Hanifurrohim Stealth is everything that interferes with the kill chain. The Kill Chain is all the events that need to occur for a plane to be detected, targeted, and killed. Detection is just the first step.

  9. A 1 foot to 3 foot rise in projected sea levels by 2100 is absurdly low. It gives a false assurance that the process will be inherently slow. It will NOT be slow. It is now slow, but it will accelerate...AND .... its acceleration will also accelerate. IMO, oceans will rise 6' to 9' by 2100. BUT, a bigger rise will occur in the following century -- 2100 to 2200. As the rise will have accelerated, it will rise by inches per decade. A century rise of 20 ft, is about 2.4 inches per year.

  10. How silly. Do you really think that China will be able to take on Taiwan, the US, and Japan?? That is absurd. 1.) Amphibious assault is the THE most difficult operation to execute. Air superiority is required -- Taiwan alone could deny that to China. Taiwan will have the missiles and firepower needed to send most Chinese invasion ships to the bottom. 2.) Do you really think Chinese subs could challenge and defeat the US submarine force?? If so, you are crazy. 3.) In case of conflict, do you really think China will be able to conduct maritime trade normally? As a war theater, world companies will source their material from other countries and regions as much as possible. China's trade would plummet. China's economy would crash. 4) do you really think the Chinese people will support the CCP when they lose jobs and cannot feed their families??? The CCP would lose credibility and power, IMO. Very likely the CCP would be ousted. But, XI's arrogance seems to be leading him and the CCP in this direction.

  11. Life might be rare within any galaxy, maybe only one per galaxy. But, there are billions of galaxies. So, maybe billions of intelligent species. But, they are all in different galaxies -- too far away to detect each other or to contact each other.
