  1. China's power is at its highest now, when compared to US military power. America is developing new weapons that China won't be able to cope with. Also, China's economy is collapsing. So, for best results, China should attack now. I don't think China has a chance against Taiwan. Taiwan can likely defeat a Chinese invasion all by itself, if it has prepared itself. It has the missiles, technology, and geography that should defeat China.
