  1. How do companies work in China?? In the US, companies are incorporated in a state, like Ohio or Kentucky. Each state's laws on incorporation vary slightly. They have to satisfy the reporting requirements set down by each state. Then, their profits are taxed by both state and federal governments. Are companies organized at the province or country level in China?? There is little operational control in the US. Doesn't China have a lot of operational control over companies?? Etc etc. Lots of questions...
