  3. It is worse. Accounting is the department responsible for identifying areas for cost savings. Finance might still have a broader perspective, but Accounting never will.

  4. "Are Boeing?" You learned your English from the English. Bad move. They don't speak it correctly. In American English, Boeing is a company -- and treated as a singular noun, not plural. "Is Boeing." is correct. Remember, England is a quaint country where they hold onto strange, out-of-date ideas. Like Kings & Queens, driving on the left, and spotted dick.
