  1. Please note -- the victim was white. Police abuse their powers against everyone - not just black people. Police often have a bad attitude towards all civilians - seeing us as an enemy. They must see themselves as an occupying occupying army, to treat citizens as they do.

  3. The Fraternal Order of Police resists firing of incompetent, abusive, and criminal cops. They will help such cops, when fired, to find employment in other departments. The FOP aids and abets criminal cops, making the FOP a criminal organization. The FOP should be declared a terrorist organization, and outlawed. At the very least, RICO laws should be used to investigate them, and their participation in asset seizure schemes.

  4. We need National Certification of Police. Even when fired, violent, racist, abusive police officers just become a cop in another town or city. National Certification, with the requirement that ALL cops be certified to have and keep their jobs, will make a huge difference. When their certification is lost, they cannot work as cop anywhere in country. THAT is what we need.
