Just reported -- world oil consumption will peak by 2023, and will go into permanent decline thereafter. WOW!! That means oil prices will plummet and never recover. Oil will cease being a strategic resource. Nations will stop caring what happens to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Who will protect the Saudi regime then?? Not the US. Not the EU. Nobody!! They are doomed.
