  3. The fact that Israel refuses any independent investigation says everything about their intentions. I can't help shake the feeling that ALL the Israeli spokesmen are told to say rape as much as possible. Repetition works.

  4. 100000 to one is a coincidence, however, if something happens a hundred thousand times that "one" is inevitable not divine intervention. With that said, knowing that challenging power is either a death sentence or a path to total destruction, it's incredibly difficult to do the right thing as an atheist knowing there's no reward for your suffering. It's a profound problem of our time of spiritual impotence. My personal belief, is that you should do the right thing and suffer for it because to not do so it means you endorse the suffering of others by indifference or omission. There is no savior. There is no heaven. There is only here and how we treat each other that matters and our suffering on earth is our testament to our humanity and to every person we love.

He was basically President for the same reason they let OJ Simpson free, better to give black people a meaningless victory then have them actually do something else that would affect the establishment.
