  1. Living in Vancouver by the docks is amazing, It's still crazy, insane, expensive, but the difference is how fresh it is. This with spot prawn season and just the amazing dungarees crab we have here is mind-blowing. Like the Chinese and or Japanese variety of seafood dishes. Here are so unbelievably good. I've traveled all over the world and every time I'm away I can't wait to come home to have a better version of wherever I travel to, but at home because the fresher ingredients. Vancouver is insanely expensive and I can't help but think we are on the decline of how amazing a city it was until the real estate developers destroyed it, but it's still pretty awesome

  2. P.S. be careful where you buy your salmon? The way, Vancouver is also infamous for charging King Salmon prices for farmed salmon garbage. If it tastes a little chewy and bland and not buttery, guess what!

  4. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if you take both claws, it leaves the crab not only defenseless, twice as likely to bleed to death, but also less likely to be able to feed itself. Feed itself. My family is from Newfoundland, Canada and this type of mismanagement for a greedy few at the top is exactly how the cod fishery was destroyed and all of our communities continued this day to be a wasteland of alcoholism and wasted futures.
