Having been invaded through Ukraine repeatedly for over a millennium, Putin and the Russian people are very unlikely to trust Germany or it's allies not to try to destroy them, yet again. However, if we just accept the inevitable, which is Ukraine loses a third of its territory because it was stupid enough to trust America and Britain not to sell them out the split second it was slightly politically difficult when they discovered that paying for Israel's genocide at the same time was extremely unpopular. *Better still, offer to move russia completely off the sanctions list and a promise to help them fix the pipeline to Germany that was destroyed by the Biden administration. For this, offer them entrance into NATO or at least a security agreement against China as a reward and to bring them in back into the dollar and out of bricks BRICS. This would be extremely popular around the world by bringing down energy costs as well as all of us not worrying about global annihilation in World War III
