This is very close to the effects of what was done to Cuba. However Cuba was not trying to build nuclear weapons. I wonder if the world would reflect on what motivates North Korea to build such weapons. North Korea has a good position that prevents its invasion. China wants to keep it as a Buffer zone to protect it from the Military industrial complex. We live in a different complex world. Balance and world wide compromise is a challenge. We need to know power corrupts and as long as there are checks and balances, any form of government is good. Greed is the ticket to war. Everybody needs a means for self support, health care is a right, The media needs to be balanced and free. Even the US has problems as Money rules politics. There are problems in high places.
