  1. Thom , I am but a novice. However have been following the multiple specialist who have been trying to get a grip on the rate. This task is difficult as there are multiple effects to give the final number. The problem is very shortly going to become a real problem. My prediction is we are going to see a MASSIVE MOVE and even loss of life in poor nations within the next 5 years. New Orleans and New York is going to be affected. Over half of Miami will have to move.
