I was no more informed by Biden than I have been when he is allowed to come out and talk to us from his Bunker. He made a lot of things up and accused President Trump of things that are untrue. Trump came across as the Law and Order President including managing the chaos in Democratic run Cities and filling the seat on the Supreme Court. For me, President Trump made a far more convincing case and I will vote for him in 2020.
