  2. Sounds like civil asset forfeiture that is the rage here in the States where the police can seize your property (they especially love paper cash) when you have committed no crime.

  4.  @zxyatiywariii8  I gave up locking my luggage and never put anything valuable in there unless I can carry it in my carry on. Air travel used to be waaay better than this dystopian crap. I avoid it as much as I can.
