  1. I went into the local Connecticut supermarket about 2 weeks ago. A 1 Kg (2 pound) duck was $50. Meat/Beef was about $25 per pound. I went to my local Costco and was able to find a (16 pound) 8Kg cut of beef for $3.95 per pound. Let's just say that the "inflation" is real but there are supermarkets placing absurd prices on whatever they can just because they can. You know, America land of the free, land of the free to abused by all levels of government and corporations.
