  1. Do you know how my employer increases diversity? They ship the jobs to India where there's a large collection of brown people to do the work. Then to round out the diversity grift, within the US, the push is to hire more VVhite women into positions of power/management. Because more VVhite women makes things more "diverse". Funnily enough the highest echelons of the organisation never hand their jobs over to disabled, trans, lesbian quadriplegic POC who is more entitled to job by their measure. Funny that.
