  1. As a minority that works for one of these large woke firms I can tell you that this is all virtue signalling. It's a small subset of people that are projected into positions of power and they aren't minorities. They're exactly who you'd think they are. Think the demographic that screeches the most and tells you how the world has been oppressing them since forever while throwing their men under a bus (think Budweiser). I've watched over the past 14 years how this firm gets worse and worse by the year. I'm working to get the hell out.
