I saw some drone footage of what was clearly a flood plane for the river at the bottom of a large wide valley. The river and the extra water did exactly what you think it would do, demolish absolutely every building and business, parking lot and road that had been laid down in the flood plain. The most interesting thing was seeing all the goods that were in the warehouses piled up a few hundred yards away next to the river after being swept across the highway that ran across the plain.

Odds that Zelenski visited the US after the hurricane to ensure that the regimes focus is on HIM and not Americans that are digging themselves out of Hurricane damage. Cynical ?
