I've considered the place twice. My first interview was the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced in a professional setting. The interview had absolutely nothing to do with what I bring to the table but everything to do with how well I'd handle someone taking the opposite side of any situation no matter what I said or suggested. At the end of the interview I said to my inquisitors: "This interview would have gone much better if I stepped out of the door and came back in and we reset" The main inquisitor looks at me and agrees - the only time they'd agreed with anything I'd said. The second time a former colleague reached out to me from there. I thought about my past experience and decided to cancel the morning of the interview. No great loss but a learning experience for the kind of environment you need to avoid. All my friends and former colleagues that have ever worked there have left.
