  1. I spoke to my neighbor over the weekend. He's divorced with grown adult children. He moved in next to me and at the time he had a new girlfriend after the divorce. He said he split with her and has been on the apps, Match, eHarmony, etc? I asked W T F would you do that? He says he's lonely. I asked how's it going? Basically the guy has been taken for a ride by multiple women of all stripes paying for expensive dinners well over $200 on the regular and the women go poof. The best part was when he tells me he now has a new girlfriend who is a single mother of a 13 year old girl, and she's a nurse that works in a hospital. She "bought" her own home, blah, blah, blah. To justify this he gives me a lengthy sob story about how she got married to a new guy in 2017 and the guy bounces after 2 years. BooHoo. I just stood there listening to this horror show and decided that this guy is beyond help.
