  1. Ugh, sorry, I'm not stepping up to the plate. I spent my entire life getting to where I am to then have someone come in, who has the power of the state behind her, to press the eject button whenever she wants and take all my life away from me. All they need to do is make some bs accusation of DV and the police will happily turn up and remove you from your own home. I have seen this happen to my neighbors. American "society" is wild, bends over backwards to empower the ones that contribute the least against those that contribute the most.

  3.  @superdave8248  Why should the man pay more if the mother has most of the custody? How does that solve any issues? As Judge Judy says: Men have as much an equal right to the children as their mothers. Anything other than 50% unless one partner is a POS is unacceptable.

In my world my actual friends would chip in to take us out, something like this would NEVER happen. Aren't all of them strong and empowered and don't need no man?
