  3. There are plenty of jobs. The issue is corpos don't want to pay for those jobs choosing instead to offshore or import millions of indentured slaves for jobs Americans do. I say this as an immigrant to America, before things really went off the rails.

  5. These same corpos think AI is going to be a magic bullet that will eliminate all those pesky employees. You also have to battle against the feminist narrative in a lot of organisations where even if you have the best qualifications if you're up against a woman, especially a white woman, your qualifications and experience count for naught. If the department is run by a woman, with few exceptions things will be even worse as they try to virtue signal how progressive they are.
