  1. 12 years ago when I was still stupid enough to be wasting my time on women, late ~ 38 year old women think they have options and are the most flaky of the women I ever dated. They're now hitting 50 I'm sure they still think they have options despite having shitty jobs and living hand to mouth in NYC. Imagine being looked down upon by these very same women despite me having a great job, an apartment in NYC and a fully paid up house and property in another state / countryside. Total layup. Nope.
