  1. I've been in the US since the 90's and In corporate America in all that time. This is 100% business as usual. I remember back in the 90's, when I'd just moved here, working on a project that $1/2bn was spent on that was failing, the insane way there were so many committees in charge of things that made it impossible to hold anyone accountable for anything. I'll never forget walking down the hallway in head office thinking that to myself. Overlay that 90's stuff with modern day wokeness and you have a recipe for utter chaos. Rats like this thrive in these types of organisations, I've seen more rats than I care to remember.
