  3.  @xomox5316  I've been an engineer 35 years. I have run across two women that were great. One was exceptional, I miss her because she was also a great human being. The rest were average or worse and many were put in positions far above their abilities. I retired when one of these clueless boss babes was put in charge and tanked my division in one year. Hey, but at least she expanded her network, which was the only thing that would come out of her mouth whenever you talked to her - expanding your social network.
