  2. Where do you get this crap from ? As much as I despise HR, lots of developer and engineers were laid off and continue to be. Do you know why? Because some idiots left a clause in legislation that meant that corporations couldn't deduct developer and Research and Development expenses from their bottom line. They started firing people enmasse in 2022 because of this. But please keep spreading lies and untruths.
