@HowMoneyWorks What boggles my mind is seeing a staggering gender imbalance in college attendance and outcomes as not a problem - your words. I think that goes a long way to explain why men are noping out.

Isn't this exactly what VMWare/Qualcomm did? Toss all the smaller customers in the trash and focus on its most profitable larger accounts. Only to find out that the large customers saw what was done and the price increases thus started working on exit plans from being VMware/Qualcomm customers. Sucks to suck.

@watchdealer11 What a way to suddenly look around and realise life has passed you by. I managed 15 years at the other big place that will remain nameless. I don't miss it at all. Then again there are people that live on my street that aren't finance people that I also have seen a hand full of times in 20 years.

Why do you mention that other people's wealth could be used to pay off student debts? Why not their mortgages or any other debts they chose to take on? Seems a little weird.

@adampowell2144 Oh, I am doing that for sure. My dad was paying to send his girlfriends to college while leaving me to "fend for myself" because that builds character apparently. Nothing like the power of doing absolutely nothing and paying back the favor.
