  3. When I worked for a large tech org the charlatans that have absolutely no idea about tech built a wall of sycophants around them. You would NEVER ever see the charlatans in any discussions about technology direction or the products we built, it was always the HR soft people nonsense coming out their mouths including admonishments on expanding your network and the popular 3 letter acronym. "5'3 and an attitude" <- if you've seen the viral video you'll know exactly what I mean. PS YT totally censored this the first time I posted it. Second times a charm.
