  1. IBM is a good company? What century are you talking about? IBM has been utterly atrocious to its staff for as long as I can remember. It may have been a "little" better in the 90's.

  2. Wow, wow, wow. Almost every organisation has been affected by this nonsense. Isn't it amazing how people can turn a blind eye to evil that is dressed up as virtue. I worked for a large bank that had HR send out a large over 100 slide "training module" that was basically stating that the number of men in the organisation will be reduced in favor of women because reasons.
