  1. It really is. I decide to live there several years ago. On the day I moved in, my moving vehicle got a $160 parking ticket on a quiet super wide street right in fron of the building I fucking trying to move into. The rear of the van was open and the bastard could see that we were taking stuff out and transferring it to the freight elevator a few feet away. That's how shit NYC is, welcome to NYC as they kick you in the stomach and expect you to smile. After 2 years of living there and dealing with shitty people I moved back north.
