My neighbors partner agreed with her about something that she had said and then she proceeded to argue with him as to why he was wrong. I just sat there in disbelief watching this and at some point I whispered "he's agreeing with you" however, she was already on a roll and carried on arguing with the guy that was agreeing with her. When they inevitably split up a few months later she'd invite me to come over to hang out. I NEVER took her up on her offer. Just an amazing thing to witness and learn lessons from.

My neighbors daughter moved to NYC, a place she could barely afford, and lived there from 21 until her mid 30's. I was recently told by her mother that she's getting married to some local guy here that cuts lawns. I guess it didn't work out as she planned. What I'm trying to say is in my rural area you won't find any women that aren't married and in a home. If you're a single dude there aren't many options. Even dating apps the vast, vast majority of your matches even this far away are in NYC. Ask me how I know.
