  1. I work in a large well known corporation that has chosen equality of outcome as a replacement for merit. The only reason they can do this is the men and women that built up this company based on merit have provided these ideologues a giant war chest which they are systematically using to turn the company into a mediocre reflection of itself. If it's not the creepy emails from HR or the never ending virtue signaling in media these clowns sit there and wonder why they cannot retain competent staff. I'm keeping my head down and getting paid and waiting for the day the "diversity police" come for me as a black man and tell me I'm somehow oppressing someone who has different genitals from my own. It makes me laugh being told that I have to be the ally of people who couldn't give a rats ass about my own struggles and the work it took to get me to where I am.

  2. HR is not there to protect /support your interests. It's important for everyone to realize that.

  3. The men will be drummed out of those positions. It's the same reason why there are so few men teaching these days. When all you need to do to get rid of your competition is make a false allegation. Any sane man wants nothing to do with that.
