  1. I loved developing software so I made it my career. I regret doing that as now I actively avoid having anything to do with software. People that aren't practitioners but somehow become managers and political players killed all desire to do anything other than things for my own amusement. Retiring was a better choice than going into another company and facing all the same hurdles and nonsense.

  2. Didn't they do the same thing to the guy that wrote the GPIO library for RPi ? This is nothing new.
