the biggest victory for them would be for biden to send troops back to afghanistan , if a large us troop presence was back in afghanisthan then tens of thousands of young men will flock to join the taliban , end the war !!

@MoreThanRocks who you calling pacifist i'm not a pacificst i'd of agreed with the military action in the aftermath of september 11th but this war has been going on far to long with no end in sight why should thousands of young men have to give their lives for a war that's never going to end ?

they aren't just going to kidnap some american journalist for no reason if they did it would just result in a massive bombing campaign against them in retaliation they aren't that stupid

@goldenboy06 yeah 15 hijackers were saudis but they were trained in afghanistan in al qeada training camps not saudi arabia not to hard to understand although you may be a bit stupid i think ?

@willlasdf123 all good points i'd add though that the afghan government is itself to blame for the disaster it's riddled with corruption and cares more about enriching themselves than improving the lives of ordinary afghan civilians which is why so many have turned to the taliban
