  1. I understand why the slurs bother people but this is realistic of the black community. It’s raw and visceral but REAL! The homophobic aspects of the black community don’t shy away from derogatory towards LGBTQ+. It’s also prevalent in Rap. K Dot doing this could be impactful to changing the culture. Every community has anti-LGBTQ+ elements that uses slurs, it’s necessary to engage with it. It’s accurate that this is an engagement of cis gen hetero to trans. Culture isn’t there yet where people don’t realize the weight of their words.
