  1. This is my problem with the Conservative party in America being based in dominance of social conservatism, rather than traditionalist conservatism. It begets social tyranny and social engineering to attempt to force culture and social values on others. And along with this social conservatism it is fused with a pro unfettered capitalist advocacy for rule by corporations. I WISH this country’s conservative movement were about traditional institutions, liberal values, and democratic-republicanism. To want to succeed where Americans of the past have failed to create a New World of liberal democracy and republics. This is just more authoritarianism and erosion of check and balances in the government.
