There’s planning economy which can be centralized in the State, or directly and decentralized by syndicate and cooperatives confederation or federation. Then the Market Socialists would stress the Occupancy and Use property norms. Socialism is so broad it appeals to anyone who believes in a classless society where people earn the true value of their work. Socialism in fact finds its roots in classical liberalism.

  3. hermenutic yes that is essentially the industrial democracy socialists like anarchists advocate. Proudhon called it Agro-Industrial Federation. Check out Revolutionary Catalonia for example. Democratic government can only go so far as plurality leaves some to dissent. Expecting representatives to do for you better than you can for yourself is anathema. Direct Action will always be more democratic than representative democracy. As it is autonomous and self sufficient. As for anarchists any delegation is subject to immediate revocation and in rotation. Anarchists advocate the most decentralize forms of democratic assembly. It’s a beautiful thing.
