By Corporate State meaning a Nationalist Syndicalism, or industry sectors made into guilds with labor and business interests collectively bargaining at a large national scale. Fascists make capital serve the State. They were anti-liberal capitalism. Prager U wants liberal capitalism and a corporate oligarchy.
