  1.  @Kurgana I wonder why Stephen King said Rowling sucks at writing years ago. For children’s stories them books are not engaging to actual children. The movies made the series most popular. Regardless whether someone wants to drop all support to the franchise because of the authors current behavior that’s entirely up to them. Especially if they or someone they live is being targeted by TERFs. Doesn’t bode well for Rowling that her latest franchise’s projects have been critically planned (the HP sequel play) and Fantastic Beasts movies. And that the actors have continuously come out to reject Rowling’s behavior. She’s killing her franchise and I guess if you want to die on a hill, do it rejecting the themes of your own books
