@brothersandsistersofvalhalla Sorry but as a minority that’s crap. We didn’t get this far from being passive to our oppression. Arguing for self defense isn’t supporting violence. Self defense is protection. Revolutions and progress are made through conflict, and conflict will always be an issue. People reserve the right to autonomy, freedom, and to live as they are. I understand you have a moderate position, but that isn’t of value to us who are at the lowest rungs of society. No one sane calls to abject violence, but we do call for preparedness and defense. It has always been a standard position of leftism to defend ourselves. This is even prevalent in liberal ideology and such. I have to say no thank you, some don’t have that luxury, and after seeing history I don’t think there’s anyone who would take the same tools of oppression without fighting back. “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.”
