@ChristophBrinkmann they kind of do. They’re taken by the fact that conservatives have appropriated the song, and that Anthony is critical of the state of welfare and mentioning the Epstein island. Anthony, don’t know his politics, but seems at the very least not authoritarian right. Leftist commentators have taken to criticizing Anthony as some right wing anti-Welfare conservative. People need to be better than black and white thinking, and I expect leftists will start turning about Anthony being some far right plant. The song was pushed by institutions with right wing agendas though.
