  1. This is just asking for a fan war. But House Stark is the best, they have Greenseers, Wargs, and built the Wall! And I'm pretty sure the shows Night King was/is related to House Stark.

  4. Yt Account I did say the shows Night King. I know the books legendary figure and the shows King of the Others aren't the same. The 13th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch was speculated to be a Stark or from some other Northern House. I think in the show this figure was incorporated into some leader for the White Walkers. But in the books the Others haven't shown to have a specific leader. In the same way the show blends stories from different characters from the books like: Sansa and Jeyne Poole, Gendry and Edric Storm, and seemingly Jon Snow and Aegon "Griffin" Targaryen; they loosely blended the books mythical Night's King to some original king of the dead. I believe that the shows Night King is a distant relative of the Starks in any case.

  5. Yt Account I'm saying the First Men that got turned to the Night King was a distant relative, a proto-Stark, if you will. It's not that hard to establish, this is what Bran's for, exposition. The show runners said we will learn more about the Others and the Wall this season or the next one. I know Brandon the Builder established House Stark after the Others came to be, but as I said the show writers mesh storylines. In the show we've never heard of a Lord Commander that declared himself the Night's King. They apparently wanted a leader for the White Walkers and decided it would be cool to give him the Night King name. Not saying he was turned after the Others came to be and he was turned when he was a Lord Commander, but in the show it could be that the guy they turned into the first White Walker was a proto-Stark before Brandon established the noble/royal House. It would be a cool reveal and seems plausible in the tv show. Where as in the books the Others don't have a leader that we know of.

  8. John Rutherford As opposed to Aegon the Unworthy or Rhaegar's actions? Or Joffrey and Cersei's actions, etc... Thing about the Starks is they're noble to a fault as this video said. Makes them bad politicians but good people worthy of admiring.

  9. Liran c There are only 2 Targs left after they fucked up royally, the head of the House isn't the true heir, and half of them are mad. Lannisters are full of shitty human beings and their ambitions result in crimes against humanity. The Boltons are inhumane and primitive. Greyjoys raid, pillage and rape. Good maritime people, but suck at everything else. Arryns are lead by a sickly boy and puppet to Baelish. Tyrells lost the Game and are no more. Martells destroyed themselves and were, other than Oberyn, unbearable. Show or books the young Starks, including Jon, are the heart of the story and at the center. They are the most respectable and truly noble, at least more than others. This story is about the Starks losses and return to power. They are at the front of the War for the Dawn, and have supernatural abilities greater than any others, Bran specifically. Like they said, like direwolfs they're fierce in combat, modest in life.
