But since the decline of Unions and “Right to Work” unions are a shell of what they were. Worker’s are like dependents of the boss. Does your Union get to negotiate wages?

I understand you’re more moderate and “adult” in your livelihood by now, and have no problem with you being alright where you are at now. But trying to crap on someone for their age like they haven’t had experiences is ignorance. Considering this generation lives with the neoliberal weight of corporatism and capitalism on their ass, maybe we experience economic instability you luckily didn’t have to deal with at a younger age. But to say people are smarter and know better cause they’re older is a fallacy every generation likes to feel. Worker’s cooperatives and associations will always be superior to working for capitalists and getting exploited. Keep licking bourgeois boots wage slave. Our “opposition” to collective bargaining isn’t because it’s bad, we would have the working class have something even better, being a self managed worker, not just an employee.

Or maybe Orwell’s Homage to Catalonia would know more as it’s a persoanal eye witness account. Worker’s cooperatives and labor federations have been proposed since capitalism’s infancy and figures like David Ricardo called for the labor theory of value. Free Market Anarchists fought against industrial capitalism spreading in the States threatening the self employed with wage slavery. “Hitherto there has been no alternative for those who lived by their labour, but that of labouring either each for himself alone, or for a master. But the civilizing and improving influences of association, and the efficiency and economy of production on a large scale, may be obtained without dividing the producers into two parties with hostile interests and feelings, the many who do the work being mere servants under the command of the one who supplies the funds, and having no interest of their own in the enterprise except to earn their wages with as little labour as possible.   11. redd Greene Blue federations or confederations of worker’s cooperatives and associations, decentralized industrial democracy. These things aren’t new, and the goal is to increase this sector. Worker’s solidarity is not a half way measure, it is for the emancipation of worker’s from capitalism.
