  1. The same people crying are the ones that hate the people that bring spice into their cuisine and their lives. Actually Europeans wanted spices for the luxury and exotic status, however the elites determined plain food is more natural and more fine dining. Which is why Europeans despite years of colonialism for spices never really developed much spiced dishes
