@stoopidhoomons pretty sure the republic was founded by criminals breaking the law tired of their perceived oppressions by tyrants. As a matter of fact violence is just a tool and can be used for any reasons. The State’s monopoly on violence has you believing what is and isn’t proper violence and indoctrinated us who is deserving of punishment and isn’t. As Stirner wrote “The State calls the violence of individuals crime, but it’s own law” That CEO has more blood on his hands than this guy, and our government seems to care more about one elitist’s life than the hundreds and thousands of civilians in Gaza being murdered with our arms.

The media and State has us indoctrinated with believing who is and isn’t deserving of violence and who gets punished. Challenging their monopoly of violence always exposes the hypocrisy. As Stirner wrote “The State calls its own violence law, but that of the individual crime.” I’m surprised this hasn’t happened more. That CEO had more blood on his hands than Mangione possible could. And our political class and media seem to feel more aggrieved by Brian Thompson’s murder than that of hundreds and thousands of civilians in Gaza, Yemen and elsewhere being slaughtered with our arms
