  1. Every term limits isn’t the solution. The problem isn’t inherently that Congresspeople can be in office for a long time. If constituents are fine with an elected official for years then that’s fine. Term limits would just give a “nothing left to lose” incentive for corruption and to cash in quickly while in office. The point is to limit corruption. WE ARE the term limits! We have to be more civically engaged, responsible, and vigilant against corruption and nonsense in our government. The populace needs to be more aware of politics.
